Vice President of Operations & Clinical Integration
Jemmuel V. Jasmin, RN, BSN, MHA, is Vice President of Operations & Clinical Integration, overseeing multiple healthcare entities across gastroenterology practices, ambulatory surgery centers, office-based procedural facilities, and pathology laboratory operations. He leads operational strategy, clinical integration, quality, and organizational growth.
With more than 30 years of experience, he previously served as Vice President of Perioperative Services at Maimonides Medical Center, managing complex surgical operations in Cardiac Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedic services. His responsibilities included more than 20 operating rooms, five endoscopy suites, and over 235 healthcare professionals.
He works closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and coordinated care across the organizations he serves.
